杭晟煜，男，1993年生，山东东营人，2024年获浙江大学工学博士学位。发表SCI学术论文4篇，EI学术论文3篇，授权发明专利5项。

研究领域：农业装备数字化设计及其智能化，设施渔业水下噪声环境调控，计算鱼类行为。
